NEW | HYGOTREND, SRO SUCCESSFULLY TAKEN OVER HYGOSERVIS AS

The management of the companies HYGOTREND, s.r.o. and HYGOSERVIS a.s. have agreed on the merger of the companies by merger, starting on January 1, 2023. HYGOSERVIS has been the service organization of HYGOTREND in the Moravia region since 2011. The merger will make activities more efficient, optimize business processes, strengthen the market position, ensure better availability of goods and comprehensive services for customers.

The company HYGOSERVIS a.s. ceased to exist on 31.12.2022 and from 1.1.2023 its business activities were transferred to the successor company HYGOTREND, s.r.o. All rights and obligations relating to the company HYGOSERVIS a.s. (assets, receivables, obligations from business and other relationships, bank accounts, guarantees and other security) was taken over by the company HYGOTREND, s.r.o. from 1 January 2023. From a commercial point of view, nothing changes for customers and business partners - sales representatives, points of sale, business conditions and price settings remain unchanged. Only the invoicing data (IČ and VAT number) and the primary e-mail for sending orders are changed. Please update your contacts (see below).
