NOTICE | MERGER OF HYGOSERVIS AND HYGOTREND

Dear Business Partners,

below you will find the announcement of the planned merger of the company HYGOSERVIS as with the company HYGOTREND, s.r.o. As part of this merger, the company HYGOSERVIS as will cease to exist on January 1, 2023, and all its activities, liabilities and claims will be taken over by the company HYGOTREND, s.r.o.

We want to assure you that there is no change from a commercial point of view. All contacts, sales representatives, delivery points (i.e. warehouse in Brno), business conditions, price settings will remain unchanged.

The realization of the merger by merging the two companies fully corresponds with our efforts to maximize the efficiency of existing activities and optimize the business side within the group.

We greatly appreciate the mutual cooperation with your company in the field of supplies of hygiene goods, paper products and protective work aids. We are looking forward to another cooperation.
