PPE | PROTECTIVE HELMETS

No workplace accident is pleasant, but head injuries in particular can have fatal consequences. That is why protective helmets are among the mandatory PPE for warehouse workers, height workers, lumberjacks and other professions in construction and a whole range of industries. We will advise you on what to follow when choosing a protective helmet and introduce you to our offer.

Safety helmets differ according to the use in the work environment, according to the type of design, weight, color and how it meets the requirements for comfort and ergonomics.
But every quality helmet is resistant to punctures, water, fire and can soften the impact of a falling object. Some helmets are designed specifically for working at heights or provide electrical insulation.

• EN 397 for industrial protective helmets - they can withstand an impact of up to 49 J energy (corresponding to the fall of a three-kilogram load from a height of one meter) and a blow by a sharp object.
• EN 166 - Personal eye protection.
• EN 12492 - Helmets for climbers.
• EN 50365 - Electrically insulating helmets for use in low voltage installations.

The helmet must hold perfectly on the head even when moving and at the same time must not push. This can be achieved by tightening the pull strap or the wheel and fastening strap under the chin.

UNIVERSAL HELMETS

Basic affordable helmets conforming to the EN 397 standard for industrial protective helmets. This means that they can withstand an impact of up to 49 J of energy (corresponding to a three-kilogram load falling from a height of one meter) and a blow by a sharp object.

Helmet PALLADIO ventilated

The PALLADIO ventilated helmet stands out with its low weight of 290 g, thanks to the ventilation, it is pleasant to wear all year round. The six-point headband ensures that the helmet fits perfectly. It is suitable for a temperature range from -20 to 50 °C. It can be supplemented with a shield and hearing protection. Helmet PALLADIO HI-VIS ventilated

The PALLADIO HI-VIS ventilated helmet made of high-density polyethylene and weighing 330 g increases the safety of the wearer with its color design in warning yellow.

Helmet PALLADIO ADVANCED

The taller model of the PALLADIO ADVANCED helmet has a unique automatic size adjustment system. It weighs 330 g and is available in six colors.

PALLADIO helmets can be combined with VISIGUARD shields for vision and face protection. The helmets can also be purchased with an elastic chinstrap and reflective strips.
